Big cartel - how can I get a checkbox option for terms and conditions before payment

I have no idea how to code this, but according French law, accept terms and conditions is compulsary...so I do need the customer to check this checkbox before payment. If he don’t then he cannot go further. Could you please help me with that. I am Using Lunch break theme on Big cartel.
