React Router in Survey page that includes checkboxes

I have a survey page that includes Material UI checkboxes:

I want to add router to all checkboxes. If the user select any of them, I want to link the user to the sample movies of selected genre. I tried to add 'Router' to the beginning and end of the render method, but these buttons are listed in a single column and these do not fit to the page.

How can I add router and link to the each checkboxes with same page layout?
