how to dynamically create checkbox in python tkinter using text file as input?

I have a text file with all the required items in each line. I need to create a checkbox with these items and retrieve only those which are selected. How to do this using a loop?

I'm new to the concepts of python and tkinter and having a difficult time figuring this out. Is there any approach to do this? Thanks in advance.
