Why does the row alignment of my vba-created checkboxes change depending on the which display I am opening the workbook in?

I have a macro that runs on opening Excel that creates checkboxes based on rows of data that is updated. I have found that when I open the workbook on the display of my laptop, it is aligned correctly on each row:

but when I open it on my extended display the checkboxes are misaligned with the row:
