Cant check this checkbox because it has a link in its label in selenium c#

im triying to check this checkbox but i cant because the label contains a link, and somehow selenium is clicking the link intead the checkbox, theres 2 checkbox in this site, i can check the first one just fine, by clicking its label as its just text, but the second checkbox contains a link in its label so c# is clicking the link.. how can i do this?
