How can I make a CheckBoxPreference for Firebase?

I tried to add CheckBoxPreference to enable and disable Firebase service directly form app, like in Vanced Manager. Here is a screenshot with type of button I try to made but I use Java and I try to make it CheckBoxPreference, not only programmatically. Somebody can help, me beginner and noob :(
