wpf checkbox change color runtime

I have a pretty pain question that I just cannot figure out. I have a WPF application that should change a checkbox Text color on runtime. The checkbox is created through code because its a dynamic window with a lot of controls. If I change the Foreground color of the checkbox then it works until the first checking, then the Foreground color falls back to the deafult color. Can you suggest me a simple solution?
