Keep Inactive Checkbox Disable or inactive after Form submit—validation or Repopulating time

I am using Bootstrap with php Codeigniter. I have several checkbox in my Form. if i Click a Checkbox, some other checkbox become disable and Gray color. But after Form submit at validaiton , those Disabled or inactive checkbox become ACTIVE & loose the gray color, But i do nto want it.
