how to use checkbox in dbgrid

I found this one http://ift.tt/1EuvsNY for solving my problem but when I want to select the checkbox on a column in dbgrid, the checkbox will move to left.

So for check it, I must click the column twice. The other problem, when I checked many row like n row, the column.fieldvalue in row n didn't changed.

What must I do?
