checkbox is not dispalying in acrobate reader

     I created checkbox using iTextsharp. There are near about 50 checbox. That checkbox is dispalying in browser. but when i open in Acrobate reader. it not displaying.

Is there any reason?

Please answer if any body knows . It is urgent
