Checkbox in Excel Sheet

Hi I am new to Excel VBA and I am stuck at below problem,

I want to add multiple checkboxes against each cell. If a checkbox is ticked then the linked cell range should be selected and vice-versa. I want also a main checkbox that control all the checkboxes below means if main checkbox ticked then rest all the checkboxes should be selected. At the end there should be a command which copy the cells where checkbox has been selected.
I don't want to userform. Kindly help me with the codes.
