WPF (MVVM) Remember me Button on openning application the text displays

Thanks in advance. Im new on this platform, i was trying to get answers on to what to do. Im currently trying to get the Remember Me button to display the "LoginUserName" and "LoginPassword" when checked.

I saw some posts refering to "IsolatedStorage" but i dont know how to use it.enter image description here
