(Checkbox and Textbox) How to get the quantity from the textbox and output the name of the checkbox and the quantity we get from the textbox (C#)

enter image description hereI wanted to create a dynamic way to get the value of a textbox and checkbox...then put those values as an output in a label. I tried to use the foreach() in my tabPage3.Controls and it works for the checkbox but when I try to use it for the textbox it didn't work and I assumed it's because the checkbox is not the parent of the textbox, I just put the textbox over the checkbox as you can see in the picture. So how can I make those to control connect somehow or work around them?enter image description here enter image description here
