Count checked checkbox and multiple with a particular number

I am new in PHP.. I have a form which containing some checkboxes. Now I want to count the checked checkboxes in one div and multiple with 200 in another div.. I can count the checkedboxes but I cannot multiple the counted number with 200 as there is no variable or other.. If there is any idea, pls help..
