how to values of multiple checkbox values in html form to oracle database in different rows

I'm stuck with this problem. I want to add the values of all checkboxes (checked) present in jsp to the database in different rows. For instance, If I select the checkboxes namely, health and cosmetics the value should be added in next next rows like, health in first row and cosmetics in second row. Anyone please help me.
