I have to do a dynamic html checkbox using only php and sql [on hold]

Hi I need help on a project where I need to make a dynamic checkbox which make select in a table called modulos containing Modulo and Descripcion, then insert in a table called modulos_cliente containing Modulo and Cliente, use as session variable Cliente and if checkbox is checked update the table modulos_cliente. I appreciate the help to do this.
