how to compare checkbox value before changed and after changed on UI and send only changed value in database in spring mvc java

I want to compare checkbox values on UI before change and after changes and send those changed values in database. Initially the checkbox may be unchecked. If it is unchecked and i want to checked that checkbox and then i want to compare that two values and store it in third object using spring mvc java
