How to select data between ranges using checkbox option in Macro

Date Day Employee salary 07-Sep Day1 X 500 08-Sep Day2 X 300 09-Sep Day1 Y 250 10-Sep Day2 Y 500

This is table containing employee information with their salaries and their day of work

Now i want to use macro to track the salary details of each employee using macro checkbox,

X (Checkbox labelled as day1) (Checkbox Labelled as day2) Y (Checkbox labelled as day1) (Checkbox Labelled as day2)

Can anyone please help me out with this. I am new to this.
