ion-toggle - need to customise a toggle with labels for ON and OFF state

I'm working on ionic toggles and need to customise a toggle with labels on the track and the handle. It should look something like the one in the images. Finding difficulty in customising the labels for the ON and OFF state. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
