Checkbox input via html tag and display according to selected

I have this checkbox list and some thumbs that should show or hide according to the selected checkboxes. The checkboxes have the keywords and the thumbs also have the same keywords in a html tag, I would like to have suggestions on how to implement the logic to make this show/hide function work.
