Checkboxes To Center

I'm trying to align my checkboxes and text to the center but I can't get it to work, I want the checkboxes to be in a straight line down and the text beside it, This is what it looks like right now, with HTML "http://ift.tt/2cDAHli" and the CSS is "http://ift.tt/2d4CgqR" I hope you can help with this, Cuz i've been struggling with this problem for hours(Sorry that I cannot post pictures because i don't have 10 rep yet, I'll edit this as soon as i get 10 rep.
