Show and hide select field if checkbox is checked

I have a similar problemto that: Show select field if checkbox is checked

Solution @devpro work fine, but additionaly how can I hide the select field after chose value? The check box should still checked. I am seeking a solution used in booking seat and chose price after click on seat.
