TCheckBox appearence in Delphi 7 by Win10 manifest

When I use Win10 manifest file in Delphi 7, the box of the TCheckBox shifted up and the upper line of the box disappear. I don't position anything by code. The look of the component in design time:

How could I reposition the box to the caption? (To make the upper line visible)
