c# Winform : Why can't change the size of checkbox?

I used checkboxes in my winform, i try to change the size of checkbox to bigger, but i cant get how to do it.

My application will run in Windows Tablets, the checkbox size are very small as compared to its original size also. so that user are unable to touch on their finger or properly not touched or need to touch multiple times to be checked/unchecked.

Same issue in a TreeView having checkbox.

Note : I do not want to do with paint
