Node js file upload without file chooser?

I am just wondering whether its possible to upload files to a specific folder without opening the "file chooser" window of the browser.

Please see the attached photo. My task is to list USB device content in the browser (G: drive), and then upload the selected files into a folder. I use checkboxes, then the "upload selected files" to upload all the files where the checkbox is ON.

I am trying to find a method, where I can give a file path as a value for uploading. So it will upload whatever the path contains.

Ajax or jquery shall not be used. THX
