DYNAMIC UI CONTROL CREATION FAILING IN UWP APP

My UWP app running on Windows 10 has custom Profile fields (either Text, checkboxes, multi select check boxes, radio buttons) which can be set from web end. Thus, the api call gets the question type object in response, and dynamic UI controls are to be created in StackPanel. Everything is just working fine in all laptops except some dell laptops (reported by client). Whenever profile fields included checkbox, radio button or rating control, the StackPanel creation fails and the page comes as blank, while when the question type is TextBlock, magic happens and it's created. How??? The moment my for loop reaches custom fields (not textblock type), it fails. Error: Unspecified Error 0x80004005. Windows version 1709 (OS Build 16299.904) Dell laptop versions: Dell Latitude E5470 and a Dell Latitude E7470
