How can I make a checklist with a scrollbar?

I am making a program in which the user can mark all the disciplines he has already course, and for that I need to display a list of disciplines and next to them I need a checkList, so that the user can check the ones he has alredy coursd. I am new to WindowBuilder so I haven't really had an idea of how to do it
