Qualtrics Survey Javacript - Show Additional Options Based on Selection

I do not know javascript so any help here is greatly appreciated.

I have a survey in Qualtrics and the display logic offered in Qualtrics does not meet my needs.

I have a question that is a multiple check selection i.e.

 Which flavors of ice cream do you like?
      [ ] Chocolate 
      [ ] Vanilla 
      [ ] Strawberry 

What I'd like to do is if they select a specific option i.e. Chocolate, an additional option will appear.

Which flavors of ice cream do you like?
      [x] Chocolate 
      [ ] Vanilla 
      [ ] Strawberry 
      [ ] Mint

In my specific survey there are multiple triggers so in addition to the example above where the selection of Chocolate will trigger the option Mint to be displayed, there is also a trigger on Vanilla and Coffee will be displayed.

Please let me know if this makes sense and/or is possible.
