how to save checkbox state . i need it for multiple checkboxes

i have 10+ C## Heading ##heckbox. in linearlayout. and i want save if checkboxes clicked or not.

i want only save them if app closed. or they open new activity.

for example they join the app. and click same checkboxes and close app.

fev minutes later if they join back to app. they want see , what they select.
