How to copy column/rows with a tickbox in Google-Sheets

Hi SO,

I need to be able to have A3 to E18, copied from sheet "Main" over to sheet "Done", when the tick box in E18 i ticked.

How can i do this, if so, is there a script or just a simple code i can put somewhere?
