How do I name a checkbox after the first line in a csv file?

So I have been trying to code a program so that when a checkbox is checked/unchecked the corresponding dygraph made from csv data gets hidden/unhidden. How do I get a checkbox to get labeled after a row of the csv file and how do I get that checkbox to then correspond to that dygraph that shares the same name? I can't give them a similar id because different files will be uploaded and made dygraphs out of.
