Can we assign a specific value for selection of checkboxes to users in contact form 7 plugin in WordPress

I was wondering whether we could assign a specific value for the selection of boxes in the checkbox field of contact form 7 .like for example I am having 12 services on my website and I have displayed all of them in a ckeckboxes/radio button format ,if a user comes to that service section he should be able to select any 4 form those 12 services not more than that . Is that possible through coding or any other technic ? if yes means please help me out .I went through several articles ,blogs and videos but couldn't find the answer for my question .
