antd checkboxes aren't displayed correctly in Safari 14

I have a list of items with checkboxes that I imported from antd which work normally on all browsers except for Safari 14 (works okay on Safari 13). It looks like part of the checkboxes are not rendered. Checkbox appears If I click into space where it is supposed to be
