Areyousure plugin not working correctly with Jstree

When i check node for the first time i rescan the form with areyousure using $("#form").trigger("rescan.areYouSure"); and nothing happens but when i uncheck the node or check another one node areyousure plugin sets form to dirty and works perfectly.
