how to run criteria from select multiple checkbox

I'm Alvein.

i have a trouble with my multiple checkbox. so i have 2 forms (Display Forms and Area) and i have 2 query, 1to1 (my query to pull data from Erp system) and the other one is db_area ( to pull all area name from erp database). In query 1to1 at field AREA, i want add criteria from multiple select checkbox what i have create before, but it didn't work. oh ya, my multicheckbox contain area name from area query.
