Is there any way to get list of string and store it into list box in python tkinter without predefining them any answer would be appreciated

i need to take list of strings from a text file and write it into another text file or c file(it can be any file) and I need to print those strings.

for example if we have list strings in text file I need to parse them and have in list box or any other if possible if we select that string I need to print it in text file
