Bootstrap Checkbox 3 State (Material Design)

I have a search page and checkboxes but the checkboxes' value can be true or false. Then when the users search something on this page, the search results will depend on the checkboxes' values but I want my checkboxes to be null on page load. I found some checkboxes which has 3-state (true, false, null), but they aren't material-design.

You can give me ideas related to what I can do or you can make a checkbox which has 3-state and has material-design.
