Enabling a checkbox Tkinter(Python 3.4)

I have a CheckBox in Tkinter ,I wish that it always stays checkd ,By disabling the checkbox destroys the looks of the GUI application,so I wish to keep its state as Normal and if a user tries to uncheck it it doesn't do it or checks itself instantly

How do I do it?
