HTML: How can I get radio button select a url?

I have radio checkbox which I want to add in my store for customers to select variant. refernce

My question here is "Is it possible to add url internally to checkbox option?"

For example there are 4 radio box with label RED, BLUE, GREEN, PURPLE. All the 4 radio box have different url attached to them internally.

Red -> internal url http://goo.com/red

green -> internal url http://goo.com/green

blue .......

Purple -> internal url http://goo.com/purple

I selected green radio box, when i click Continue, is it possible to redirect user to http://goo.com/green
