How to make oracle apex faceted search against Like or In?

My items on the report belongs to more than 1 genre (for example item1 is in AB,BD genre and item2 belongs to only AB and item3 belongs to only BD)

I need to show the items only once in the report. However, the checkbox facet (genre) should show correct number of items against each genre. That is, AB should show 2 count, BD should show 1.

The checkbox only search against exact text match. Not IN or LIKE. Please advise.
