Header checkbox is not getting selected in JQgrid while using formater

I am using jqGrid 4.5.4. I am not using multiselect option in jqgrid. At column header I am using custom checkbox which behave same as Multiselect option. I have also written formatter for select all checkbox. But while clicking on header checkbox all checkbox is selected as ticked but the header checkbox value doesn't change. It remain as unchecked. I have tried below code to header checkbox but none is working.

 $('#CkBoxSelectAll').attr("checked", "checked");
 document.getElementById('CkBoxSelectAll').checked = true;
 $('#CkBoxSelectAll')[0].checked = true;

Below HTML code is used in header checkbox Could someone guide me to implement this requirement.
