Generate checkbox selections as a pdf file

Hey guys I'm a newbie in programming

i want to generate a pdf document in my application that saves the results of the elements in my listview

In detail: the user should select checkboxes and after clicking on save the app should show a pdf document that shows an overview of his selections.

Is that possible or should I try another way
