jplist - Show number of items at checkbox label

I'm using jQuery's jplist library in order to filter, sort and display some data. I'm using checkboxes for filtering data and everything's working fine, but I would like to show the number of elements that would be displayed if I select a checkbox. I mean, I would like to show the number of elements related to each checkbox category, just like Amazon.

Is there a way to do this? Thanks in advance.
