Clear all checkboxes and erase background color after response is submited

I have this code

and my problem is that after i submit the answer (on submiting, checkbox is getting true and text background colors orange), it points me to the next questions, but with the checkboxes selected from the previous question (same for text background).

I am not able to make my code erase events from the previous question.
