Cannot change checkbox value of the element, that is not showed by the full height

When I want to change the value of the last element on the screen, it selects the row and moves scrollbar down, but without value changing. It is happening because of the row's not fully visibility, how to include isChecked changing to this behavior? Want to change this checkbox's value
