How to delete result of checked checkbox?

firstly sorry for my bad english,i created advance dfilter aside,when i clikc checkbox i make array and on the right i have div.i send result of checkbox into this div which has class .filter-result.Now i want when i click result in this div,remove this element also unchecked relative checkbox on the advanced filter. all checkboxes has class .product-checkbox and here i want to do https://www.isbul.net/kocaeli-is-ilanlari
