Multiple filter

I'm not familiar with filter function and can't get the point. I would like to have multiple filter criteria with some regarding to a checkbox condition on another column which make a subgobal query. Here's the sheet. For instance, I want to filter item by item regarding to a following. Then I would like to filter that same list regarding to another column but getting out of all the items correspinding to the checked item.
