How to dynamically add layout using on checkbox checked?

I have a layout containing multiple checkboxes and by setting them on checked/unchecked I want to dynamically add custom layouts in another layout. I have tried with arrayList but it didn't work for me.

I am new to Android development, so I'will be very thankful for some advice, hints or even a particular solution.
