when parent grid check box is selected all child grid rows get checked, its working till here when I unselect child grid checkbox

i have parent grid and child both grids having one checkbox. when parent grid check box is selected all child grid rows get checked, its working till here when I unselect child grid checkbox, checkedchanged event is not firing, I have used autopostback, viewstatemode and enableviewstate.
