Which is the best way to save multiple data from chechboxes in django

I'm trying to save data from template, when user select there multiple choice of fields (Like MCQ's). not want to use JavaScript & JQuery on that, (I haven't looked before and is way more difficult than I would expect for me to understand) but am really struggling to properly format that please share your valuable comments.
